Our goal for 2025-26 is $5,000. Any amount that exceeds this goal will also be put to good use!
We're keeping things simple this year, to maximize the percentage of donation amount that benefits the band - if you donate to Conductor's Circle, you will receive recognition in the concert programs - Thank You!
MHS Band Boosters is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization - you can donate to the Mav Band through employer charitable contribution matching programs.
Your donation will help us cover the costs related to the concert band program, as well as the unexpected costs that we incurred this year's marching season.
Unexpected Spending for the Marching Program:
$4,000 for Conway BOA Competition hotel ($30 per student)
Planned Spending for the Concert Program:
Winter, Spring, and Jazz Band concerts for family and community
$2,000 budgeted for sheet music
$2,000 budgeted for instrument purchases and repairs
Participation (and adjudication) in Concert Performance Assessment
Roughly $1,000 for bus transportation
Support for County, Region, and State Clinics - Roughly $1,000
Awards - Jacket letters, plaques, etc - Roughly $2,000
Friends of the Band - up to $49
Future Musician - $50-$99
Distinguished Booster - $100-$199
Honorary 1st Chair - $200-$499
Honorary Director - $500+
