We actively seek out community sponsorship in the summer as we prepare for our marching season.  Sponsors are listed on the back of our orange shirt, and are recognized on our Sponsors page.

The summer season is often when we invest in our instrument maintenance and purchasing, and we thank our sponsors for helping us with this expense!

During the summer, we will be earning $$ for the band by working concessions at various Greenville Drive home games.  We will start planning for this in February.

Our students are the shining stars in this fundraiser - reaching out to family, friends, and others in the community for donations.

Donations that are collected at this point in the marching season are often earmarked for expenses like uniforms, flags, and props.

The Fall Car Wash serves double-duty as both a fundraiser and an opportunity for leadership to organize multiple wash and dry stations.  

At this point in the marching season, we're often repairing and replacing equipment as we enter our competition season - fundraised dollars help ensure we are operating smoothly.

Marching Band students receive show shirts as part of their dues, but parents and others in the community have the opportunity to purchase show shirts and other Mav Band merch as we prepare for our competition season.

Our goal is to offer Mav Band gear at reasonable prices - we do not try to make a large profit on this fundraiser.

Conductor's Circle is a friends and family fundraiser that seeks donations specifically for the Concert Band program.

During the winter, we are often spending fundraised dollars on sheet music, transportation for clinics and CPA, and instrument purchase and repair.

We will be converting MHS into a mattress store on Saturday, February 21st!  Profit sharing will go to the MHS Band Boosters, and students will have the opportunity to earn referral $$ to go toward their Grand Nationals trip costs!

We are hosting 43 groups (and their fans!) on March 7th, 2026.  This is a tremendous opportunity for us to earn some $$ and provide a welcoming experience to our guests.

This fundraiser coincides with the time of year that we are preparing for our spring picnic and end-of-year awards and recognition.

Did you think the Walk-a-thon was for middle school band only?   Another opportunity to raise $$ that can be applied to your trip costs, in addition to $$ to benefit the entire band!
